With the success, we signed up for another run just last week. I posted a 23:24:00 time which was a 7:32 pace per mile. Didn’t place in this event but was extremely happy that I was able to decrease my run time.
Now I’ve been bit by the running bug. I’ve been researching upcoming races, training to increase my stamina, ways to decrease my 5K time, and I fully love the challenge that comes with running.
With the start of this journey, I felt the need to document and share with all the trials and tribulations that come along with being a RUNNER. Hope you all enjoy!
